Vintage art deco 12-carat ct gold front and back engine-turned double-faced rectangle cufflinks, 12 karat kt art deco cufflinks chain fitted

This pair of vintage cufflinks come from the 1920s. They have an engine-rolled Art Deco design on the front and are chain-fitted on the back. They are marked “12 CT Front and Back”, this means a sheet of 12 CT gold has been placed onto the front and back over a base metal, a method commonly used in the late Edwardian and Victorian periods. These cufflinks are NOT solid gold or gold plated. There are some slight surface marks on the front of these cufflinks, and some wear on the back, but otherwise, they are in very good vintage condition for their age. Please examine all photos provided, as they are included as part of the description.
