Pair of heart shaped cuff links crafted from reclaimed graffiti paint. Reminiscent of Fordite, this living street art has a marbled pattern resembling the natural banding of agate or stone, but its unique patterns have been revealed under hundreds of layers of paint from muralists and graffiti artists. This refined street art can feature a wide array of colors, UV reactive layers, gradient & fractal effects, and even glitter. Using lapidary (stone/mineral/gemstone refining) techniques, we cut, shape, and polish the graffiti material which is then lacquered under high gloss resin. As street art, it was already beautiful, but ephemeral. As sustainable jewelry, its beauty will endure. Handcrafted in Wisconsin from new & salvaged materials. 3/4″ diameter approx.
