Penny Black 1970 Vintage Stamp Cufflink, Gifts for Men
$29.00 $20.30
First issued in 1840, the Penny Black is one of the most famous and well known stamps of all time. It was the world’s first adhesive postage stamp. This copy of the Penny Black is still a real stamp and was produced in 1970 for the Philympia International Stamp Exibition. It celebrates the Penny Black and shows the iconic image of Queen Victoria’s head.
Each pair of cufflinks is presented in a black cufflink box, with information about the stamp including the country and year of issue, plus another genuine whole stamp. The stamps are set into high quality silver coloured, nickel plated cufflinks (brass base), with hard wearing swivel barrel fittings. They are then covered with a crystal clear resin dome that magnifies and protects the image, making them durable and scratch proof. These are mint condition stamps that have never been used or passed through the postal system.
Cufflink dimensions:
Square – cufflink diameter, 20mm, stamp insert diameter 18mm
