Vintage/Antique Gold Tone Double Prong Tie Bar/Collar Studs with Turquoise Glass Ends – Patent No – Very Rare Find

An antique/vintage double prong tie bar/collar studs

Rectangular gold tone frame with prong ends that fit into the ends of the frame
The prong ends each have an oval turquoise glass gem
The prongs would be put through the collar and then fitted into the frame
The back of the frame is marked “Patent” at one end and to the other end “No 860?”
I have not been able to find the patent for this item

The bar measures approx 2″ x 0.5″
The prongs on each end are approx 0.8″ long
